  My family spent the Christmas holidays with my husband's aunt in Colorado. During our stay, we decided to hike the local trails, but needed a baby carrier for our 1 year old to ride in. Since it was very close to Christmas day, many of the stores were closed or did not have the product we needed in stock. My husband's aunt received a referral to Ark Valley Baby Rentals from an acquaintance. I called and was immediately struck by Kristan's warmth and friendliness. She knew exactly what I needed and sent me a picture to verify that the carrier was to my liking. Kristan delivered the carrier to my aunt's house within an hour of our phone call! She allowed us to go hiking that afternoon instead of missing out on the beautiful views. I was able to pay by credit card when she delivered the carrier. She even picked it up from my aunt's house when our rental period was completed. I am so grateful I was introduced to Kristan and her unique service.
