They always go out of their way to help me with insurance issues and doctor's offices that don't respond to refill requests, and they're sooo helpful with information and guidance. Maybe the reviewers who have given them bad marks don't understand what it's like to work in a high-pressure, understaffed environment where your customers are waiting impatiently. It's not the staff's fault if there are not enough employees to take care of demand. Have a little patience!
